Damage In Tolland
Upton with HWW.. BOX will folllow suit. Overperformer written all over it. Winds aloft increase further on Mon. By 00Z Tues, the NAM indicates over 60 kt at H85. With a well mixed and deep NW flow along with strong subsidence, this should set the table for over-performance of winds. Because of this, a high wind watch has been issued for the entire area.

AstronomyEnjoyer
0.4" new snow/sleet since I last measured for a total of 5.1". That exceeds all of February here. Feels strange to hear birds out singing this morning.

Probably a lot of 45-55mph.

When you end up well mixed, it also mixes out the big wind maxes aloft. Always seems to settle into that 45-55 mph range on the big westerly events.
