Chance of precipitation near 100 percent. Sunday Freezing rain and sleet in the morning, then sleet likely with possible snow and freezing rain in the afternoon. Total snow accumulation of 10 to 14 inches. Ice accumulation of up to one quarter of an inch. Cold with highs in the lower 20s. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph, becoming northwest in the afternoon.
