BuffaloWeather
I'll create a new general thread tonight when the runs come out and we will do a separate thread for this storm once winter storm watches go into effect Thursday Afternoon.

BuffaloWeather
I'll be scraping popcorn ceiling off every room in our new house for the next week. Should be a good time for that with the snow outside.

If it even takes a step towards the NW with tonight's 00Z suite then I will be much more confident of at least a high impact event but until that happens, I'll be worried. Ukie is on it's own. Have fun scraping though, been there done that, what a mess haha!

SouthBuffaloSteve
Love the positive thinking! Blizzard watch would be better, but let's keep something in our back pocket. Blizzard Watches are no more! They were lumped into the Winter Storm Watch product with the hazard simplification program last year. .
tim123
Them people over there will pick any model that shows snow and base everything on it. It's really kind of sad. I like snow but not goin to ride the icon over the euro
Buffalo Bumble
Here's a current shot of the weekend storm out in the PAC. Very impressive bundle of energy spinning out there. Can't help but think/worry that the models are going to burp out some unexpected solutions after the more robust sampling data gets ingested starting tomorrow night.
