Glad I missed the heavy rain as where my gardens are located it can put me out of commission for weeks as far as getting stuff in the ground. This is why we had a supposedly near record warm May and yet no temps in the 90's... we generally have a miserable week in May... Easterly wind, rain, etc... Not sure it is a end all solution to any drought discussion considering we were .49 for the whole month of May. But it was a slow soaking rain. Good for the lawns, palnts and farmers. (grass,garden,pollen etc.) The sun is breaking through here a bit....30% sun / 70% clouds but I see it getting better (sun) as the day wears on.
