You are misreading that radar. Plus the Mount Holly radar is too far from the lower Hudson Valley / SW CT. If OKX was up and running it would probably look a bit different to you.

There will probably be a pretty good band setting up along the length of Long Island a bit later. That doesn't mean it will be snow or rain, but it certainly isn't over.

Obviously its not a big storm but its a widespread light event in November which is great

Mix. Its not a hallucination, look at NWS radar, Intellicast radar, Accuweather radar or whatever. Coming in from the west and weakening from the north.

does anyone know why okx radar is down? i can't find any radar status messages

Had equipment failure, techs are onsite and working on repairing it finally, as the parts came in. Estimated to return to service sometime next week!
