... A Tornado Warning remains in effect until 445 PM EDT for Anne

Arundel and Prince Georges counties...

At 414 PM EDT... a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado

was located near Prince Georges stadium... and was moving east at 40

mph.

Locations impacted include...

Davidsonville...

Riva...

Harwood...

Edgewater...

West River...

Mayo...

South River...

rhode river...

Galesville...

Not to say for sure but the outflow looked like a funnel here. Alwas be skeptical in this area!

Saw it too, Ian. I hadn't been following this all day. Looked out my gf's tenth-floor window (she's unbelievably cool about my (unhealthy(?)) obsession with extreme weather), saw something that looked vaguely funnelish and immediately logged on to see what was up.

The wind at the start also had an atypical, multidirectional feel to it. Not sure if that means anything though.

Yeah, clouds directly to my north were moving all over the place as the storm rolled in. Started videoing it just in case, but nothing happened. Some scud-like clouds with that part, but didn't see anything resembling a funnel. Of course, having never seen one in person, I base my knowledge on youtube.
