They didn't postpone?!?!?

Irresponsible. You will have roomates methinks

The school serves students from as far away as Saudi Arabia, so I don't think they had much chance to postpone in the final days leading up to the snowstorm. It's going to be an absolute disaster as many parents have rented small economy cars and are planning on going out to dinner, coming back to campus, and then returning for some singing performances. I can barely see across the main lawn today given the heaviness of the snow. Just a gorgeous scene right now with dendrites flying in all directions.

Waiting for the snow to start falling here in Augusta Maine....weather page in storm mode for visitors...http://www.northeastweathereye.com prepped for power outages!

I see. Not too many hotels in town that I can think of. Some B&B type places.

This would be a decent January event, but in late October, disastah! lol

Weirdest satellite you'll ever see.

I think tonight into early morning is when we get really crushed...though it's really starting to come down here right now.

Yeah I was thinkin the same thing just wanted to actually see it snowing for real. Not getting impatient or anything just curious on a time line. Good luck
