  1. Past hour
  2. Just horrible. Yesterday the temps fell to the low 50s during the late afternoon with the very light rain, and today stuck in the low 50s. Probably not even any beneficial rain today either today (probably have to wait until thursday). We might not even get a tenth of an inch today based on the way radar looks right now. Just cool damp miserable weather. As you pointed out, we probably have to wait a few weeks before we get to consistently warm weather. Typical for our area.
  3. A few light sprinkles this morning. Mostly an annoyance and doing nothing for the dry conditions. 0.44" for the 'event' so far. Just enough to dampen the top eighth inch of soil. Powdery dry under that.

  5. Gorgeous sunny day should top out in the upper 50's. Heading out to wander the woods.
  6. Thanks Charlie!!! 6 of the 10 warmest Aprils are prior to 1985.....and 5 of the 10 starts are before 2000. As always nothing to support climate alarmism.
  7. Don't forget the mushrooms. For pictures I mean.
  8. Really is like clockwork. Last spring was the exact same with the weekend wet patterns.
  9. 0.59" of rain since yesterday with 0.35" since midnight. Showers and another chilly day in store with temps staying in the 50's for most spots in the county. Clouds and showers but warmer temps look likely for the entire work week with Tuesday looking like the driest day with maybe even some sun at times. Wednesday looks the warmest with temps near 80 degrees. Chester County records for today: High 94 degrees at Phoenixville (1930) / Low 27 degrees at Phoenixville (1966) / Rain 2.01" at both Nottingham and Warwick Township (2019)

  11. Ensembles wait until Memorial Day weekend for drier and warmer weather
  12. Classic dreary day. I'm planning on rolling a couple joints and taking a 7 mile hike. I'm going to take pictures of moss. Yes.. I'm going to smoke pot in the woods and take pictures of trees and moss. Today's weather is perfect for it. Looks like another round of steady light rain developing in VA.
  13. Our average high this time of year is around 70, This week doesn't really look 10 above average. And if a majority of them month is below average, in my eyes it's below average, lol. I doubt it will be three weeks of below average though. Honestly, they shouldn't even put out those long range predictions, they almost always change.
  14. Awful, especially with next weekend looking raw and wet yet again
  15. Not to be argumentative, but it’s been nearly 10F warmer than normal so far. Doesn’t look to change much by the 10th. If it’s +10F on the 10th, it would need to average nearly 5F below normal the rest of the month just to hit normal. So both of those forecasts could be correct.
  16. No worries "Wed- Sat will be a lot of mixed clouds and sun .. showers one or two periods mixed in and 65-70 inland"
  17. All this cold rain talk is making me want to stay in Arizona...lol
  18. 2nd year in a row with a relatively quiet Brush Fire season.
  19. Does look cloudy 9 - 10 of the next 14 days with rain chances. We'll see how warm Tue/Wed can get, next warm up after then looks like 5/13-5/15 timeframe.
  20. Today

  22. Ensembles have plenty of rain chances moving forward. I think you will have a day or two sprinkled in of 80’s but the majority will be less than ideal
  23. But warm and dry during the week. 70s Monday to Wednesday. Weekend around 60 and rain. Probably will be nice again next week.
  24. Yup. First half of this month is going to be cool/wet. Just miserable
  25. Absolutely horrendous pattern now. 50 and muck. Next weekend looks cool and wet again. It’s ridiculous at this point.
  26. Low of 51 now to 58. 0.09 in the bucket. Temps between 50 - 59 today with clouds and showers light rain 0.15 - 0.40. Warmer tomorrow on SW flow but still mainly cloudy and more showers.
