The “I bring the mojo” Jan 30-Feb 1 potential winter storm
WXNewton replied to lilj4425's topic in Southeastern States
18z AI Euro looks really close to 12z, just a hair east. Ratios would be about 15:1 with the temps being modeled. So these totals would be a couple inches more. -

When is the next run of the weathernext model? . -
Off the coast of VA Beach also normally doesn't get 25" of snow. I've seen 25" of snow in the lowlands. Just sayin...
-
Personally I wouldn't be mad if it misses us. Just notified by Delmarva Power about more outages due to heavy ice on trees and strong winds as trees have come down.
-
Keeps us in the game at least.

Its a Nina. East gets rocked. You get gray at best.
-
That would be painful if that was the final solution but there was a time in the past that look this far out would be drool worthy. No clue if this comes up but at 4-5 days out im not too upset at that look

No I don't think so either lol -
Side note. 18z GFS and Euro top out with their high temps in the mid-teens in Baltimore Wednesday-Saturday. Lows flirting with 0 every night. Weather app has Baltimore getting into the 20s each day this week. Intrigued to see where the temps actually end up.

2 feet in ocean city while we smoke cirrus. Sounds like a good spot to be 4.5 days out PSU gets those hunches and they almost always seem to play out. If the pattern is indeed reloading and that pna backs west on models over the next 24-36 hours like yesterdays storm did at the 4/5 day range… we’re in business.

To be fair, your last snowmap was not dreadful, though it may have been a false positive. -
