So which model did best with this. Euro, ICON, UKMET had nothing until 2 days ago. It was just GFS and the GFs-AI and Euro-AI that had something for most of the week, but proved to be too bullish.

As it looks right now, if a storm does develop late next weekend there's def going to be a battle with the very cold dry air. Hopefully we get a nice event. It's a legit threat as is the one behind it. Lots of tracking ahead.

You should believe it. That's a VERY strong high pressure. Suppression here is the main threat to our snow chances.

Apparently the neighbors who got popped had a multi year fued. I remember reading up on it and it was so ridiculous I was in shock nothing happened sooner. I believe it's worth stressing the backstory here, else people believe they are at risk from getting it from any of there neighbors at any time. Sad the Bears season came to an end but if you’d have told me in early September they’d win the division, beat the Packers in the playoffs and take the Rams to overtime I’d have laughed at you. Successful season, now we are doomed with a first place schedule next year. All likable teams left in the playoffs
