Did anyone's gutters get overwhelmed? I just fixed a pitching issue about a week ago and this is the first time it has rained since and today the rain overflowed and went right over the edge of the gutter. It overflowed in an area where the roof, when looking at it from the front, is two triangles side to side with a dip in the middle. Where the dip is the water flows forward like a river toward the street facing gutter. Now I'm wondering if the rain was just too much for any gutter to handle or if I still have a problem.

Again, with -ENSO (persistent +SOI), -PDO, -H5 over the Arctic during the Summer, I'm liking a blend of the last 5 Winters (20-21 to 24-25). We should at least get some cold shots, I don't think it will be a wall-to-wall warm Winter, like 97-98/01-02 or anything like that. 22-23 had some -EPO/-NAO patterns in Dec and March that didn't deliver, I'd take my chances with the same upper latitude pattern.

I agree likely already close to hurricane strength. Follows crossing over the 26 isotherm perfectly. And it only ramps up quickly to 29c from here.
