Dont do that. It will be gone in 6 hours.

I love radiational cooling. I hate cloudy torch nights in winter I especially hate torch nights where there are no clouds but some how temps do not drop.

D13 kuchie with overrunning. GL -
Don’t know about the 80” snowstorm for southwest PA, but seems like at least one mega cold outbreak is more likely than not for later this month? Probably focused to our west so we don’t get the brunt.
-
Up to a half inch of snow in my forecast for Wed night. Woohoo!

Congrats Orlando by verification ? That’s actually one of the snowiest storms I’ve ever seen modeled, it has 65-75” around Pittsburgh 40-50” 10:1 from that one storm .. Huge swath of 15-30” probably 1,000 miles on a more serious note.. ensembles are all pointing to a high qpf overrunning event for this same period. So while this extreme mother of all snowstorms is highly unlikely , a significant overrunning type winter storm is being signaled by all ensembles for days 9 through 11, whether it’s rain/ ice / snow , or shreds we shall see.. -
Takes a lot less to close than it did 20 years ago.
-
Sad thing is this would be our biggest snow of the season so far.
-
Even @mattie g wouldn't have a problem with it if that happened.
-
Stupid Miller B. Anyway, both storms will be gone at 0z, so doesn't matter
-
Too bad it’s the GFS. Too bad it’s the 18z GFS. Too bad it’s way out there. But other than that…
-
-
Just a guess but a storm like that could close schools
-
Better than cold and dry I can tell you that.
-
Yeah, I see it now. I stopped looking after that sleet map was posted Ok...i'd be happy with it

Could you imagine getting 28" and feeling screwed because 30 miles away got 4 feet? That one's a keeper though for parts of IL, IN, and OH. Can't recall a model run spit out something like that with one system.
