Direct hit with heavy rain and lightning, as well as some severe wind reports. -
High of 94 today but HI as high as 119 this afternoon. Had a nice photogenic lightning show just to the north of me about 1 hour ago. No rain today.

We knew you’d do it. AOA 90 in most of Boston and metro west. -
KSAV today had a high of 100. That’s the first 100+ since 6/23/22 and the first 100+ in July since 2019. The HI peaked at 112. I don’t know what my high was but it was at least 98.

It’s probably tough at his elevation. I’ve been driving my kid up to a theater camp in Heath the past 3 weeks. It is at 1400’ and I have yet to see the car thermo over 86° there. 1200’ and up seems to be that mark where it is almost impossible to break 90°. I don’t know what elevation Dave is at in Hubbardston though. - Today

We can talk temperatures. Boston with a high of 84° and the second largest population center in New England Worcester didn't crack 90°. Lolz... -
Ryne Sandberg died of cancer. Was only 65. As a kid of the 80s, this one hits. Dude was one of the best second baseman.

WB also predicted I'd have normal to above normal snow to above normal snowfall For alot of years and I haven't seen an above normal snow winter since 2015-2016! And that's only because of the big blizzard in January of 2016 Lol

It’s interesting to see that CTP sleeps at the wheel even during this time of year… No Heat Advisory for us… but Advisories are already hoisted by the offices to the east & west of us!

There was a narrow path of 75+ dewpoints today in and around the Hillsborough area and surrounding towns. Otherwise, not as awful as it's been in other places up here.
