Near record tide level set at several locations that exceeded Sandy. The great thing about excessive tides is the water gets pushed up the road drains! I love to watch that while blasting Playboi Carti and The Weeknd! You got to enjoy the sheer thrill of watching the water levels rise!

Just had to share this shot of afternoon storms we encountered coming back from Santa Fe on the Rail Runner. The lightning was beautiful to see in this landscape. Got back to Albuquerque and beat another storm to get back to our house sit in Nob Hill before the skies opened up again. You are getting to enjoy moisture not just from the remnants of Hurricane Polo, but also the remnants from Odalys! If only that could please move down here to Austin TX. We're parched and we're fading fast.

Finally some beautiful weather starting tomorrow for a few days. Dig those shorts back out! Here a few miles S of Prince Frederick we got 2.9 inches from the system a week ago, and about a half inch from the noreaster. Aug and Sept have been great after months of severe drought. We MAY get there later, but after about 45 minutes of sun early this morning we have been cloudy. Currently 65.8/55.4 at 2 pm.

The forecast is for mostly sunny skies It'll break for the daytime at some point, but you're caught in a nice band of stratus that extends NW to SE out of PA. Judging by guidance, you should see some sun by the late-morning hours, but then clouds look to roll back in again after 6 or so. Areas south of Rt 50 will see more sun today.

Trying to get a mow in today and Friday morning before overseeding and areation. You think Friday morning looks good for a second lower cutting prior to areation? Going in to work at 2:00 PM today. Yeah and here is exactly what you mentioned.

Judging by the positioning of the ridge and the expected timing of the front, Friday AM looks like a good time. I would say the best time is Thursday evening, so whatever works best for your schedule. Definitely want to do it before the weekend.

Walking up off the plane on the jetway and back onto our flight to Baltimore it was like a sauna in there. We were told by the people we were house sitting for that they have really needed the rain out there also. The Rio Grande had just gotten down to a small stream/creek and what we saw when flying in was because of the El Nino rain. Was not expecting the humidity out there to be as high as it was so days felt like being back at home.
