The bottom really fell out of summer quick this year. Quicker than what we are used to in the new climate regime

Meh you need to get rid of that water pit. Anything that needs that much water shouldn't be grown here. Grow stuff that isn't so water greedy. You'll need to next year since we're going to have a nice dry hot summer. Unless you want to start watering,  which I prefer over rainfall since you can control exactly where it goes.

Nice that you included MPO, I think my sensors are properly situated but even so I notice a small variance between them. About +/- 2 degrees. I usually just take the average between them. I'm usually around MPO temperature sometimes a degree or two higher or lower. At night the variation can be a bit more, sometimes 3 or 4 degrees, usually higher. Maybe my vegetation is causing that?

In all fairness to my earlier GFS post, the rest of the models all have this affecting us one way or the other…just depends on the severity which is why I found the GFS surprising.
