GSP to Lynchburg and a line of 75 miles either side of that is going to jackpot this storm.  Early accums last night along the border of NC/VA and now heavier rates down south should leave everyone solidly in the 6-8" range when this is done with a few higher lollipops.  Radar is loaded!!

0Z GFS has an unbelievable blizzard here at that time.  6Z backed off.  Fantasy land but you can see this pattern can produce extremes.  Our threats are not over by a long shot.

LMFAO...Talking about this 2 weeks out? Garbage.

For those of you in the powder today that need to clean your driveways and sidewalks quickly, highly recommend using your leaf blower (gas or battery of course).  Just cleaned the first 3-4" off my driveway in a few minutes.  Dry powder.  Cant wait much longer though or it may be too heavy to efficiently move.  Man is it windy out there!

Woke up this morning to everything covered with 1 to 2 inches.  Snow was still light then but has been picking up with bigger flake size and looks like 3 inches or more now on the ground.  Very fluffy moderate snow with 17 degrees.  Future radar looks heavy thru at least 5 pm, so 8 inches seems achievable for this location.
