My understanding from a fellow teacher is that when you submit the paperwork to validate your M+30 credits they crank your pay up by the next paycheck. Once we flip to ZR, should I take a snow/sleet measurement and clear the board, rather than wait for the usual 6-hour interval? Tried to search this online but didn't get a clear answer. It wasn't clear to me what to do if we go to snow -> ZR -> back to snow and when we should measure. My wife likes to listen to either a crackling fire or rain falling to go to sleep.
