If the sleet areas held the bad ZR would be pretty limited and most would have several inches of concrete with fluff on top. I believe Raleigh remains frozen the whole time. The wedge can't overcome the warm gulf moisture tapping into warmer gulf stream moisture. The southern coastal plain might remain rain all together.
