Friday is still up in the air as far as i'm concerned, I had questioned yesterday after that GFS run came out having that s/w be that juiced up just being northern stream driven.

That area you’re in seems to be a tough area most times. As you’ve said, it’s always all around you…just not over you.  You’ve scored some good ones too, but more often than not, your area seems to get jumped over. Weird.   I’d move if it’s driving you that crazy lol. You wouldn’t have to move very far…in any direction.

It's just been some bad luck.  Similar here but I've cashed in slightly more than you on a few more of the moderate systems the past 5 years.  Greenfield has been below it's average snowfall overall though for several years.

AI Gfs is a clean whiff outside of far SW CT. Definitely not what you want to see.

Gfs has another wave that trended colder for Sunday.

Gfs trended north with the Friday/Saturday storm, but still not enough for New England.

Models jumping around for the last few days, but of course, starting to settle on the solution with the least impact for NE

That's a big piled up train wreck in the Atlantic....that's what is causing all these systems to trend colder in the medium range.

yup, and the confluence trending stronger for Friday strengthens the block, which helps Sunday trend better. just a series of dominoes

CMC is proof of that... more confluence -> farther south system Friday -> stronger block -> nuke Monday due to farther south ULL

really easy to see how Friday's system trending colder and farther south increases the blocking due to stronger wave breaking, which then leads to a more favorable outcome for Monday

if the block keeps trending in this way, Monday might hold some high end potential, especially up by you guys. TBD
