Scooter also had today dry and decent as late as yesterday . #neverforget

Was until 12:30. All I know is I nailed the forecast for the HS graduation this morning as indoors would have cancelled half the guest list. That’s all I cared about.

We stayed dry all day until now.  Torrential rain and thunder just moved in.

One of the best Saturday’s in a while included low vis haze/smoke/air quality alerts when not raining, followed by torrential rain at 5pm.  The bar is very low.

You really have to wonder what our region did to deserve this. That’s pretty hard to rain out 13 weekends in a row especially as you‘’ve been in warm season for quite awhile . Great for recluse’s like Iwantrain , but for the rest the only solace is a major cane hit in Sept,

Looking at visible .. clearing moving in right on time for an hour of sun at 7:00 pm . With a ton of smoke showing up to which will help raise spirits tomorrow while we all mow our waterlogged lawns

we had one here for about 15 minutes yesterday morning.... Just got power fully restored.     Lots of trees snapped off and laid across power lines making roads into and out of town ...some impassible.   Altho canes don't typically have quarter sized hail and near continuous lightning ... but the roar of the wind was such that not thunder was really audible until the storm was moving and we were looking at CB bum

You were so lucky to get that . Wish we lived there at that moment. What an odd time to get a downburst tstorm so early in the AM

1.54” today but we need it.

Only 0.24" as the best area remained south and the northerly one was losing its punch by the time it reached our longitude.  With last evening, however, almost an inch - decent.

Over 2” to my south. But .6” here. After the 5-7” 10 days ago, doing just fine.

1.18 today as it is just about over here. Most fell in about 45 minutes this afternoon. 9.17” in Mayorch . If it didn’t rain until July , I’d be ok with that. But no need to worry . Rain Tuesday and then Saturday/ Sunday
