When it comes to ice, with me being in the city (northern portion of it), I never know how to guage an ice threat beforehand and whether it could actually be a problem even here. I’m skeptical at best for anything meaningful here but favored areas are a different story. But even there, I don’t think this is going to be some kind of major ice storm.
