We probably do the snow to sleet to freezing rain to rain dance, but how much we get of either just depends on a lot of specifics that we might not know until close to zero hour (and maybe not even then). There's a lot of people who worship both the Euro and the RGEM, but they show very different solutions now. One model is going to get pie in its face.
