So far for Dec mby is only at +2.8 but that will go way up after next 6 days of 15 to 20 above normal. Biggest news to me is I have 0 in the rain gauge this month. This line about ninos making the SE wet and cooler than normal is getting turned on its head. Only moisture I've gotten is morning fog and melting frost a few mornings.
