EASTERN OTTAWA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS...  
 
* UNTIL 900 PM CDT  
 
* AT 842 PM CDT...A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR MINNEAPOLIS...  
AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
 
 
HAZARD...DAMAGING TORNADO AND QUARTER SIZE HAIL.  
 
SOURCE...LAW ENFORCEMENT CONFIRMED TORNADO. AT 838 PM A TORNADO  
WAS REPORTED 4 MILES SOUTH OF MINNEAPOLIS.

The whole storm cluster may be pivoting around the southern okc tornado.

Seen a few of these before just not parked over a major metro. There was a bizarre storm in SC maybe 1997ish that had feeder bands into an eye like feature next few scans will see if it happens here too

Almost 5.00" of rain in the last 2 hours at Will Rogers Airport.

A similar situation to this happened after the cell that produced the 2013 El Reno tornado moved over south sides of the OKC metro and kept backbuilding. Similar situation to what is going on right now.
