PEAK GUST CONFIRMED BY AIRPORT WEATHER OBSERVER.

HOWEVER NO LIGHTNING WAS ACTUALLY OBSERVED.

impressive indeed. That would be one heck of scary landing if PHL was letting planes land during that time.

That seems suspect to me.

70mph yes, but 90 mph is like parts of roof-tops peeling off.

Though the obs do match radar trends. 14mph sustained, gusting 90mph is impressive.
