  • TonightSnow likely with areas of blowing snow before 8pm, then a slight chance of snow between 8pm and 9pm, then areas of blowing snow after 9pm. Cloudy, then gradually becoming partly cloudy, with a low around -12. Wind chill values as low as -36. Windy, with a west northwest wind 25 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Little or no snow accumulation expected.
  • MondayAreas of blowing snow. Partly sunny and cold, with a steady temperature around -11. Wind chill values as low as -43. Windy, with a west wind 25 to 30 mph, with gusts as high as 35 mph.
  • Monday NightPartly cloudy, with a low around -12. Wind chill values as low as -37. Breezy, with a west wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
  • TuesdayMostly sunny and cold, with a high near 4. Breezy, with a west southwest wind 15 to 20 mph.
  • Tuesday NightMostly cloudy, with a low around 2.

Some heavy duty snow on Toronto's doorstep. A few pink (heavy) returns over western Lake Ontario on King City radar.

 

 

Rippage en route... heavy returns showing up now on KC radar and headed for the city.

 

 

All totaled looks like a touch more than 2" from the two rounds. Column still cold enough to support snow so we should get one more round of rippage.

Someone said this storm would come down to nowcasting and it looks like they were right.

 

Hopefully we get pounded before the changeover!
