It's always looked chilly..but some of the hills and interior high terrain may not even hit 20 for the high..and with no snowcover that's impressive. I just looked at the gridded data and it spits out 1.2" of qpf around Jan. 3-4 with 2m temps between 0 and 14 degrees in ALB. Huh. Seeing these operational runs without any event(s) is interesting considering the changes in the tele's upcoming. At least without a -NAO the suppression depression fears may be less than normal for the heart of winter, haha.
