  2. 1.09 rain so far today. No thunder or lightning here.
  3. He might be looking for the March thread…and probably thought this was the Home Heating Commodity’s thread.
  4. Yes. Some flakes on and off. But predominantly sleet.
  5. 33F and rain here. If we can get pingers by 03-04z, prob a decent sign we can flip to snow by 06z assuming we’re ripping big omega. But otherwise I’m keeping expectations pretty low here. I’d feel pretty decent NE of about BED for at least advisory stuff.
  6. First thunder and lightning of the year.
  7. My numbers for the month of February 2026. Total precip was 2.76 inches vs a normal of 2.67 inches, a +0.09 inches above average. The wettest day was the 20th with 1.21 inches falling. There were 12 days with measurable, 4 days with a 'T' and 12 dry days. Total snowfall for the month was 1.5 inches vs a normal of 5.9 inches, -4.4 inches below average. The greatest snowfall was 1.0 inches on the 7th. There were 3 days with measurable, 4 days with a 'T' and 20 snowless days. There were 14 days with measurable SOG at 7 am, 4 days with a 'T' and 10 days with no snow. Averaged high was 43.1 degrees vs a normal of 46.0 degrees, -2.9 degrees below average. Overall averaged temp was 33.1 degrees vs a normal of 35.0 degrees, -1.9 degrees below average. The highest wind recorded was 46 mph on the 7th. There were 14 days with winds above 25 mph. Plenty of new records, the 1.21 inches of rain set a new daily record on the 20th. New record low temps set on the 9th and 10th. New record 'cool maxes' set on the 1st, 2nd and 8th. A cooler than average month with slightly above average precip, but strangely less snowfall.
  8. I’m inclined to think we end up with a strong to very strong Nino, but the predictability barrier is real. It’s still early.
  9. All snow 29.9° Should mix or flip at MHT within the next hour
  10. Yep just saw my first lightning in quite a while. Heavy batch getting ready to roll through. Our dogs don’t love it either.
  11. They are very loud tonight.
  12. Completely agree - a beneficial rain all around. I love snow as much as anyone but im so happy to see it go, never felt this way before maybe im just getting old.
  13. Far from ice here, still 35 in Westfield. You can have the ice!
  14. I would say colder models winning. They had this area near/ below freezing by 9PM. That should bode well for the snowy areas up north
  15. It's a short cool window. With AO staying positive, cool downs can't last
