  1. Past hour
  2. Phase 1 peaked way up at ~2.73 this month. Only 2018 (also ~2.73) and 2009 (~2.75) had a higher phase 1 peak in April. Both were pre-Nino years like 2026.
  3. Have ordered blight resistant tomatoes arriving in May from Burpee, they did great last year. Less yellowing/curling of the leaves.
  4. Rainfall total forecasting just as bad as snowfall forecasting in the winter. Can't complain too much here with .43 last 24 hours. WPC did better than Mount Holly with QPF forecasts.
  5. I wonder what type of tweets the bias corrected Snowman19 would post. They would probably be more moderate to strong El Niño tweets instead of super. Its too bad we don’t have access to that.
  6. Sandy River median is 2,990 cfs, record minimum 819, current 1,050. Bring it on.
  7. The raw RONI and Cfs forecasts are usually way more extreme than the bias corrected, which often more accurate at this range. Bias corrected RONI still <2. I've never seen any of these posters mention the bias corrected.
  8. I just think we all need to be kinder to one another. Not some grand project of ideology or anything, but just why not be nice to the people you meet, assuming ill intent or expectations (this is beyond Cape's og post ofc) of others you don't know burdens yourself and them. That said, please I want to know what you consider my "ludicrous posts" are.
  9. After this recent debacle, I will believe it when I see it. I have the sprinkler running after the forecasted inch of rain ended up less than a tenth.
  10. I feel like we tend to get at least a couple days with storms in April even if our bread and butter months is mid May through July. We had March 15th this year and then just nothing.
  11. I have several shelf cloud shots taken from my driveway looking just to the west over the years. Late Spring through Summer is the time.
  12. I never considered early spring to be good for severe weather here.
  13. Not the best timing for it, though, especially with two of their top 5 scorers now out for the rest of the series.
  14. Getting more peaks of sun here than I expected. Looking forward to the days when we start getting clouds out of the south instead of the north lol.
  15. .08 here. Congrats to those that got some meaningful rain.
  16. Today
  17. WB 12Z EPS for mid week and the EURO.
  18. 53F/Overcast. With the weather and NFL talk/draft....Fall-ish feeling in the air.
  19. Sprinkler is running to substitute for the epic bust of last night lol. No appreciable rain here for weeks.
  20. 0.49” of much needed rain yesterday and this morning
  21. Gotta love April. 50s in Raleigh and 70 in Montreal
  22. 56 and some sun. At least its possible to be outside
  23. Dear stupid cow, That’s actually what the new RONI forecast shows, which is not generated by AI you vapid little airhead
  24. A wedge of dry air from high pressure east of Maine, discouraged convective activity. I consider myself lucky with .35".
