Yup. Trend line is up.

Backdoor ripped through tewksbury, temps falling through 70's. Sucks

We bought one 6-7 years back, specifically for A/C - the only usable wall space was 10 feet from the Jotul. $3,500 installed and with the $1,000 rebate and the $500 tax reduction, the cost was quite reasonable. Very nice to come inside on a hot day, after garden work or playing with firewood, to turn the machine on high and bask in the living room.

They’ve always been humid…where have you been. I grew up 70’s and 80’s and it was stifling and humid every summer at some point. Some summers more than others obviously. If you live near the water…and get a cooling breeze…that’s different. But inland it can get very hot. Needed it(AC)last night here.

Each of the stations tied the record at the 1pm ob. 89.2 at home.

It’s the 15th and still no March QBO has been released. What in the wide, wide world of sports is going on? It never has taken more than a few days into the new month to release it.
-
I have a feeling that station will be important for tracking bay breeze fronts.

When was the last time we hit 90 in April? @ChescoWx or @PhiEaglesfan712 you guys usually have this info. I know it's not super uncommon, just feels like it's been awhile since we've had legit heat like this so early. -
None of the houses (Early 1970's construction) here on my street had it but just about everyone has had it installed over the years as the summers get more humid.

Must be nice having central AC

I work in Post Office Square and just went out to get lunch. Was not expecting it to be so cool, have no idea what I was thinking, or not thinking. Was expecting I would need the jacket on the walk to South Station later this afternoon, not now.

I out the central air on a bit before bit and after I woke up this AM...but no need now.

Yep...62.2 underneath the baseball.

Love the whole house fan, as long as you dont run it while it is raining and can handle the pollen, it is such a game changer, especially in the Spring and Fall and those dry hot days that have evening temps dip due to low humidity...probably saved thousands in electric vs running the AC

Tree leaves really popping here after the last few days of warmth

Cold ocean folks don’t get it

84 summer like degrees here…with sunny skies. Had the central air on last night to take the edge off. Temp before air put on was 74 indoors. Got it, so I use it when I want it comfortable.
