  2. You’ll need to install the ATS between your meter and power panel to do this. generac is the defacto king of generators. Kohler also is pretty big in the generator business, so they’re an option. i would reach out to some local electricians and see what they say. @butterfish55 installs generators. i sent him a text
  3. didn't know the start time was moved up to 6:10
  4. Because of the board settings it doesn’t let you upload normal porters so I had to snap a copy of the original picture . Very annoying
  5. Depends what happens during the -NAO periods.
  6. Showers were nearby today and mostly cloudy skies held my temperature in the low 80's. It sure looks like the Eastern trough will become active into the end of July. I'll take a mid summer pattern like that offering rain chances nothing too hot any day!
  7. Same here Parks are crowded
  8. Winds picked up off the Lake this aftrn, and the smoke has just gotten thicker.
  9. I may have shared this story, but I was in Singapore in June of 2014. It was over 400 and it was about day three where I was about to lose it, but fortunately it cleared in the span of an afternoon. Indonesia loves to burn their jungles to create fertile land.
  10. It was a nothing burger for wind and lightning. We did get 0.35 inches of rain... gladly accept.

  15. Latest CFS runs still going Giga for late winter. Typically when we have the highest probability of a major east coast winter storm during a Nino.
  16. just amazing that no matter the weather at least half of the local pickleball courts have people on them. the air is cancer what are you people doing
  17. Was thinking whole house ATS for simplicity Kids in multiple rooms, refrigerators, hot water, internet…
  18. Outside of natural causes, the natives historically have set fires regularly to manage forests. Not just in NA, but in AUS, too, (and probably elsewhere) they stayed on top of these things. Now the forests are just full of fuel making fires so much worse. Since these fires are so close to us, and there are many small ones combined with the bigger ones over the border, these fires are all adding their smokes together, and we are getting the brunt of the surface smokes.
  19. Absolute gangbusters there. Should've made the drive down.
