    Roofs and ground now white. If you mowed your grass. That was fun while it lasted. We went from green grass to covered in about a half inch of snow in about 15min. Now the sun is out and it will be 50 shortly. LOL

    I'm not expecting much accumulation, but I won't be mad if I see some moderate to heavy snow briefly. NWS did mention amounts increased again with 12z, it should help it will be late evening so sun angle won't be a huge impact, it will just need to overcome the warmer ground.

    Classic Mid Atlantic would be to get an EF-3 tornado or something run through the metros not 3 hours after they cancel the watch.

    I appreciate that and I do.I'll put something together for you. If you ever want to build a system, my son's been going down to Maryland and bringing back the newest generation.o AMD ryzen 7's and trident 75neo RGB sticks at ridiculous prices. I think you could put one together there for nearly half the price. You have to drive down there though, they won't sell it to you for their lowest price online for some reason. I'm actually hoping to head down there later this spring, after I get some mulching in. I'm hoping to put together a gaming and editing pc before ram gets any more out of control. The more you buy, the cheaper it gets. Unless we destabilize , this will probably be my last post for the day.I probably wore my welcome out with some of these guys before the sun even came up.

    Loudoun didn't send kids home early, but then my kids school ended up within one of the tornado warnings. No tornado of course, but kids were sitting in the hallway in the 'duck and cover' pose for 30 minutes. Ultimately not a huge deal, and since I was watching radar and know what to look for, I wasn't stressing about it at all. I also know most people not only don't watch the radar, but wouldn't know what to look for even if they did. Probably a pretty anxious time for a lot of parents today.

    Filtered sun again and that line missed me to the north. The watch getting canx'd here is almost begging to be punched in the stomach by the front this evening. 300-600 cape into 500-700 helicity should be good enough for a few mini-supers, imo -- so long as we are indeed done with this overturning crap.

    Winds kicking up down here pretty good now with gusts in the low 30s. Wind advisory may verify with fropa in a few hours even if storms aren't organized.
