E PA/NJ/DE Autumn 2026 Obs/Discussion
BBasile replied to PhiEaglesfan712's topic in Philadelphia Region
My station either had a mechanical issue or didn't transmit to the web correctly. Not sure which, yet. Recorded 0.58" of rain, which I know is low. Other stations in the area recorded between 1 and 2 inches of rainfall. I'm guessing about 1.5-1.6" of rain here based on local stations and radar. That was a good, long duration, steady and beneficial rainfall. -
Go NFC North!
-

Commanders ending …. just when you think you’ve seen it all ….. But time to move on to the Ravens game and learn what new way they can try to blow it inside closing minutes.

I only see one side here engaging in name calling, though....."defensiveness" is fine if you competently defend your position. I just presented a wealth of information on why I feel the mean convective forcing will be a bit west of what many may suspect this season, lending to some pattern variability....it was never addressed, instead followed by some vapid, mindless insults. I understand and accept the factors that may lead to a vey mild and relatively snowless season, but I don't feel that is reciprocated....if you disagree, then fine. Same crap last year, and the offenders never address the "L", instead perpetually resisting any opportunity for growth and opting to assume the same, close-minded approach yet again. -

Autism, sure....psychosis I think is a better fit for you, who ignores any reference to previous incorrect forecasts. -
1.68" so far. A nice cool 53°. Sunday football weather for sure.
-
Color made a good backdrop for the leucistic hawk today. She (guessing since I read that females are larger than the males) caught two meals this morning in the waist-high scrub, so her lack of camouflage doesn't seem to be a problem, looks healthy.
-
3.07” on the day now with little over 1/2” in last 20mins
-
About 3.25" in Pen-Mar with a high gust of 56. Upslope FTW when precip is out of the East.
-
Flash flood warning for us now.
-
Approaching 2" in little ferry atm.
