I'm down to 5 degrees with a wind....I don't know what it is, but it's dang strong. It was blowing me around waking around on the iced parking lot.

Nice! His family and mine think I'm a nut because of my weather addiction. They cannot fathom why'd I'd be absolutely sick and miserable if I missed a storm. He knows me well and already warned me about getting "sick" and cancelling if a snowstorm is approaching. For some reason, I cannot even remember this storm.

I have a weather friend who's objective but always on the pessimistic side, so im surprised hes hellbent on models being too warm in the extended.

I mean at least make it believable and go with 6”, but 7” no way lol

A total of 6 inches of snow at my place. The bottom layer on my driveway, sidewalks and deck was like concrete.

this is a great little storm. We have a couple of days of cold weather… I wonder when our next snow will be. looks pretty warm going forward. but I’m a Met fan. You gotta take the wins when they come.

12Z Euro has strong blocking HP in southeast Canada around Christmas Day forcing a storm to be blocked south of us - other models are also showing cold enough air and HP north of us but storm potential different days that week leading up to the last week of the month - still too early for details

Not getting any snow, but making up for it with wind. Just had a 52 mph gust, many plus 40 in last 2 hours and steady 20-25. Temp is 15.6/-1.7. WC running -1.5 to -9.3 lol

I wonder where they take the measurement. If it is where the temperature readings are taken maybe that is a problem. So many say that area has many trees. In a snow like this one even trees with no leaves will cut down on the accumulation beneath them.
