0.92" now. Not sure we'll make an inch. 54F -
1992 really stands out to me especially because it was so influenced by the Pinatubo eruption. It would be really interesting to see how it compares to those other summers you mentioned. I think 2014 was like that too.

.89" yesterday, .87" today. 1.76" soaker over 24 hours. And I don't think my AC has run in a week. There aren't enough superlatives to describe this stretch of weather. The closest wxunderground station is showing an insane 10.66" for this month. I need to check my posts to see if I missed some rain at the beginning of the month.

Yeah tonight is minor and Saturday trending north
-
It won't be. I am getting more and more convinced that we are going a 1992, 96, 2000, 2004, 2009 summer around here.

Columbia 8pm: A bit more than I was expecting to see: 1.71” — with some light occasional drizzle Temp range today 56/51

cool days are much better when it's sunny. I'm going to miss days like Monday and Tuesday.
-
Meh

Yeah we saw that one slide just south of us. Got some good thunder out of it though. And yes, the past couple weeks have been very summer-like, if a little cooler than actual summer.
-
Oh I hope I hope I hope.

The thing is that it's supposed to be common place now, since the rest of the globe torches and tans with ease. We are still running the same highs as they had in 1898, or worse
-
Stein creeping in a bit lately, too. ineedsnow's 18z gfs is a bit parched

The drought is dead. The last stubborn pond in my area is now finally full again. 1.80" here in the lowlands west of Annopoils. It's super lush and green. My cannabis plants are thigh high already lol
-
1.45" storm total 5.66" monthly total First month since March 2024 that rainfall exceeded 5" IMBY. Hoping the drought pattern of the last 12 months is finally breaking.

People only jump for snow negative busts. I bet your family has restraints to keep you alive in those cases.
-
Jeez-baseball size hail severe warning for Austin. I’m back home in the gunk but today wasn’t even supposed to be a severe day there.
-
I went to the Jersey shore for a few days with the family last summer and out of the two and a half hour ride I spent 45 minutes of that just trying to to get across that damned bridge.
-
Remember low 80s next week would be well above normal. HHH (90 with dews) can happen but it’s relatively rare this early.
-
1.61” storm total
-
Today might be the last legit cool day we have until next fall.
-
Was ACATT expecting a week + of 90’s? I mean that’s a very. Very warm and AN look . With dews, uncomfortable days and nights for those seeking 50’s and rains all summer
-
This is ban worthy @dendrite
-
I'll take a big torch if it means big severe afterwards
