Outta gas and Outta Time: Early March Winter Storm finale
clskinsfan replied to Ji's topic in Mid Atlantic
Its over here. Just some flurries around. I am going to go with 2 inches here. Was probably more at some point. But I wasnt here to see it. Second biggest event of the winter here. Which is ridiculous. But this event did get me over a foot for the winter. Is what it is. -

I told some of you he does this. On X he posts about the cold coming. On his site he has a different tune of course since he could lose his business. -
Which will also slow the warmup Saturday and push it to Sunday

Man driving back on FFX parkway and Reston town center area got screwed. Areas a mile or two north got the initial band and then a couple miles south moderate dendrites started with more snow on the ground. Now home and nice fluffy snow. Perfect for a post hike hot tub -

Last batch west/southwest of DC looks to be beefing up a bit before it pushes through dc/south. . -
All asphalt or concrete here so it doesn't take nearly as much to melt.

Every vertical foot eh? Alright so let's say there's a specific elevation that's the threshold between sticking and not sticking. If you were to put two steps made of the exact same concrete a foot apart vertically...would the snow stick on one and not the other? -
Had 3 perfect track phasing bomb 40F rainstorms that winter. If Nino is moderate to strong I’d feel pretty optimistic. If it’s a super Nino, back your umbrella
