Phil, be ready to plow 6"+....it's a PIA forecast that will be largely mesoscale dependent. I'm hedging on some subby adjacent to the coastal band. It's also hinted at in some of the guidance.

At least a B. It's silly that some are saying we haven't reached average snowfall for an entire winter, when the winter is barely half over - one has to grade on where we are now vs. where we should be now. The fact that we're well ahead of where we would normally be makes snowfall at least a B and an A- for me, since we got a little more lucky than CPK and have 29.5", which is our average for the winter, already.

Having the snowpack already in place made it look more of a wintry scene despite so little qpf

Ray, Ray, Ray WTF you now have me in the 1-3" ? WMUR mets 3-6" close to their 6"+ line for me, which seems really close? Anyways good luck on you call, we shall see.

Here in Carlisle, just before 7:30pm...it continues to snow lightly with mostly fine flakes mixed with some larger ones as well. It's been snowing steadily for the past 4 hours or so. Everything is coated in white...including my main street (which is a cul-de-sac). I just took a measurement from my board, and I'm just about up to 0.4". It even continues to snow when the radar has no echoes directly overhead. So, it's better than it seems. Oh, I almost forgot...the temperature is currently 25.3 degrees F with a dew point of 22. I had pretty much given up on today when I got up this morning. So, it's been a bit of a nice surprise to have the flakes falling again.
