Where have the clippers gone? I feel like in the early 2000s they happened almost every winter? Now in recent years we need a perfect situation to snow and even then it is a struggle. If its been northern stream dominated years, why haven't we had any clippers dive down in that northern stream? Maybe someone with more knowledge can provide some ideas.

I've noticed a lack of snow coverage for N GA on the Euro and GFS compared to the Canadian models. I know the NAM has a moisture and humidity bias, so it's a bit worrying to me that the Canadian models have a larger precip shield than even the NAM. Not sure if ATL will cash in at all...

Two sided coin here. 1. First big snow showing since I moved down from Boone to Charlotte that looks like it'll work 2. Why cant I Jackpot once in my life lol. This is sarcasm, its been so long since ive seen snow, even living in the mountains half my life hasn't taken away the joy from me.

This plus highest ratios north and west. The closer you are to the surface low, the closer to 10:1 you are as well.

We could score…I just am not sold on this set up. And I freely admit I have been wrong and will be wrong again. Hopefully, we score!
