  2. Good rates. Ground covered. 33f Sent from my SM-S921U using Tapatalk
  3. I can’t remember an event that had nothing until like 12-1pm, then snowed a heavy half a foot, with brightening skies by 5:30pm.
  4. Right, March is rarely nice in New England despite Nape weather surrounding us. She never lets us out.
  5. I'm not sure if you two particular fellows we'll see this in time. I shit you not , I was thinking about both of you after I posted . That's a bro flower and I wanted both the you handsome fellas to have it. She's right around the corner.
  6. Well they’re blowing heat records away in most of the US. A little of that in April and May would be nice.
  7. Its march What are you expecting ?
  8. Jealous of all that warmth out west. This is the worst time of year in new england
  9. Temps dropped quickly after the flip here and accumulation picked up quickly.
  10. Flipped to snow here after briefly starting as rain. Will be tough to accumulate at 36 degrees though.
  11. Today
  12. Couple of inches here at home. Started in Waterbury around noon. And just to annoy @ORH_wxman, I’ve included a picture of the heated walkway hard at work.
  13. First day of spring is feeling good! This weekend should be great before turning more seasonal next week
  14. Fr he's always set the standard. I think it's just a Simpsons reference fwiw having done some googling
  15. Sounds like a heat miser's dream forecast...Like if someone wanted a torch winter as revenge for this winter they'd draw it up just like that, lol Isn't it a bit early still? Spring predictability barrier and all that?
  16. Done here. Excellent event where temps were never an issue. SN+ FTW. 5.3” in 4.5 hours. Officially over 150” for the season!!!
  17. I was up there for the whole event. 180 miles of snowmobiling. Can't let off on the throttle in 50+ inches without getting stuck. https://photos.app.goo.gl/VGDwQMYsqnwMXVTy6
  18. Agreed, there is a meager amount of MUCAPE hanging around and with EL's near -35C. Which, if storms can fire, should be able to produce lightning. 850-500 lapse rates are around 8C/KM which isn't half-bad. The storms could be quite "pulsey" as well as the LFC-EL shear is pretty weak, only about 15 kts (Pink lines).
