Just missed 90 yesterday but did make it up to 91 today after a 73 low. The rain gods have come! At one point I got up to 4"/hr rates but am running between 1 - 2" per hour. So far have 1.35" in the bucket. Currently 43 with dp 72. Am getting a FFW right now. -
Of course, storms dissolving on approach. We'll get a little but hard to get much lately.

Most of the time, JFK has a higher daily high temperature than Bridgeport during the summer. During summers 2000-2024, JFK had a higher maximum temperature on 58.7% of days; Bridgeport had a higher maximum temperature on 27.4% of days; both locations had equal high temperatures on 13.9% of days. In addition, there were 61 days where Bridgeport reached 90° or above when JFK Airport didn't (about 2.4 each summer). The distribution of those days was: June: 19.7%; July: 47.5%; August: 32.8%. Last summer, there were three. Today was the first day this summer.

3.80" My droughts over bro -
Up to .88. The ground is sucking up the moisture.

Philadelphia's official measurement for snow is done across the Delaware River from the airport in National Park NJ. That particular spot is not really representative of the Phila area or for that matter most of Phila itself. That could have something to do with the low official measurements.

The dewpoints are horrible out there.

Phillys mean is a little higher than Baltimore. Baltimore is also in its least snowy 7 year period ever. Both are probably within a really small margin of each other wrt suckiest snow city in America recently.
