Moderate to heavy snow falling down in a portion of MD and VA. Very intense but narrow band that is producing solid coverage if you're under that band. One observer stated that in less than 2 miles they went from SN+ to just cloudy skies.

Starting to stick to paved surfaces in my neighborhood here in Leesburg. And based on my very scientific "take a look at my neighbors patio furniture" measurement method, looks like we're over 2".

Very dark here at work when I went out at lunchtime. Driving north the sky was much brighter and I could see blue on the horizon. Temp was 29-31 on my roundtrip from Conestoga to Centerville and back.

There used to be a whole forum dedicated to it called American Politics but i think its completely gone, it started around covid times 2020ish. I think. I was on there for a minute but im pretty sure its wiped.

the problem is that standard time is better in some areas (western edge of time zone) whereas Daylight time is better to the east. There's a new bill to split the diff and turn them ahead 30 minutes and leave it locked but doubt we see that either.

The dewpoint is in the single digits in northeast Maryland. The wet bulb temperature is below freezing for just about all of Maryland. Pretty impressive for March.

I just think you’ll be banking on April. March looks pretty cooked through the first 3 weeks. Not saying it can’t happen up here and certainly you’d know better. Just seems like the odds are stacked against us at least in MBY.
