  2. 0.21” imby/Columbia on Tuesday evening, bringing April total to 0.56”.
  3. 82 in Commack. brought the laptop to the boat today to work from the marina. Beautiful day
  4. Get them, you won't regret it. I have them in my new house, better than central air with ducts all over the place.
  5. I really like the look of this. Sent from my SM-G998U using Tapatalk

Temp fell back 7 F and the wind into the E. Thing is, the wind is only 8 kts after a half hour inside. Also, the sat loop shows the leading edge of the strata arc has slowed while attempting to move into Essex. These are either false indicators, or, they mean this thing isn't going to get very far SW over the mid day here. Have to now-cast which ...
  7. My partner did that in a tournament, the ball landed on the edge of the cup, took a big chunk of dirt off the edge and stayed a couple inches away. Came damn close to landing in the cup on the fly.
  8. Nino 3.4 SSTa levels have finally started rising during the last 2 days, a 0.2C increase. Often there’s a delayed response to strong -SOI levels as they usually don’t produce SST rises immediately:
  9. Wind just flipped to light south breeze in Brightwaters. Temp down 2, 80 might have been our peak high for the day
  10. Amazing for A/C… more lackluster for heat but enough to take chill out in late spring and early fall before you want real heat. The A/C has been amazing from our minisplits. Dead quiet, cold rapidly, energy efficient with low electric bills. Given how recent summers go with dews, it was worth the $10K for a couple heads here. We just close off a couple rooms and let those bake lol.
  11. Early data in for March. Another warm one. 5 & 10 yr trend charts shown respectively.
  12. Great...."now batting for East Coast Winter Enthusiasts....Dave....Kingman".
  13. ugh can see the nasty stratus bank out of my window. borrowed time
  14. We missed a massive thunderstorm to our south last night. I barely got much either but right below us looked like some great thunderstorms.
  15. The STJ near the Baja is forecast to become more active with the developing El Niño. So it’s looking like more rainfall chances in late April. But the individual storm details will probably have to wait.
  16. Yeah seems like late next week pattern could turn wetter.
  17. About same rain for me. Don’t expect anything so I’ll take it.
  18. Well, it is still April in the Northland. Bouts of chilly wx still in the pipeline.
  19. Yeah, I can see the door coming south on TDWR now. 76 currently.
  20. Eeked out about 0.10" of rain yesterday from the heavy drizzle, and shwrs/stms that developed over the area. Was nice to have stms for a change. Geese have been trickling back into the area as well as flocks of tweety birds. No robin sightings yet, but that'll come soon.
