It’s a winter run overall
-
Let’s hope! although I fear Long Island will be stuck in the 50’s and spring will feature a ton of bdcf’s
-
It’s far out but like that gfs look for the 12-15th
-
Isn’t it great?! A good storm and it will be gone by end of week. And next week we get 60s and 70s!
-
Pretty common, Jan 2016/Feb 2006 melted even faster. It was upper 40’s within a day or two and 50’s/60’s with three days of both storms.
-
Are the trails that crowded around your area? It gets busier here, but nothing too crazy imo with the exception of the more touristy spots like Billy Goat, MD Heights, etc.
-
GFS was mild in general… pretty much like we’ve been saying Mild it up and melt it off Whether we get some kind of warmer spike in there at a time or two remains to be seen, but it’s undeniable that that’s backing the Arctic jet further in Canada and exposing the lower 48 states to more pretty red sicknesses

Def got my hoops and biking fix yesterday. My legs were on E today lol. I do however have a Pilsner that I'm about to partake in.
-
Yep, it was kinda sad in Long Beach actually, snow just disappearing. There was well over 20” there based on the photos I saw and still plenty of piles of course. I think the difference is that up here every night has been below freezing so the melt during the day just ices up. The snow we have here is very dense and glacier like.

Upper 70's in Vegas last week. Was expecting a good chunk of the snow from Sunday melted when I got back Friday but not all of it. All that's left now is the parking lot icebergs that may not go away for another month or so. Hope everyone is well. Solid A grade for this Winter. If you are a fan what else could you ask for? -
Plenty of hair here, just going a little grey thanks to previous several winters.
-
Seems like we didnt have a hecs last week. Snowpack is vanishing so fast.
-
-
How do you know what I look like?

I’ve seen final grades by posters scattered around the various regional threads. My point is that there is plenty of time for grading, when we are actually done. -
The power of the sun and the fact that a good number of nights the temperature stayed above freezing all night. WX/PT

When was the last time you even had a hairline? Pot meet Kettle.
-
High of 79 at 3:41pm.
-
Like Scoots hairline .. but growing and thickening on back
-
Plenty of pack here still, but it’s definitely receding.
-
Ya any bit of salt in the piles vaporizes it with the sun out.
-
Did anyone record anything this morning? I measured 0.3. 60.2 now on the season.
