  1. Past hour
  2. I'm off again. Wife has a 2 hour delay, which I would have preferred.
  3. What I would never like to see again is writing a storm off before a flake has fallen. I've said it once and now restated. It's infuriating because it happens over and over. Complain about something you have control over and then only then moan into the mirror. Till the next...enjoy the winter wonderland.
  4. Patfan hiccup. I think he has tapatalk issues? He needs to talk to Lava.
  5. CERES monthlies have rebounded strongly this year. Much higher than I would have expected. Matches the notable leap in OHC figures. I was thinking this year's potential Nino would have a lesser impact on temperatures, but I am not as sure now: (from Leon Simons on X)
  6. You have been level headed about this on this forum. It sucks, but you at least probably learned something from it. You limited your bitching. You got a decent storm. But definitely could have been a ton better for you. 50 miles...25 miles.. that's all it needed to take
  7. Wow! There must be widespread roof collapse issues up there. It is winding down but that will end up being around 40” of wet snow. Unbelievable.
  8. About the same here, hard to tell for sure.
  9. Looks like one more parting shot from band up by ORH to pivot thru and that put an end to my snows.
  10. Same and totally get it. But also you put a lot of work into this whole thing.
  11. 38" in Providence is insane. I've lived in eastern Iowa for 50 years and not once have I ever measured 12".
  12. Eps 24hr qpf is south, but Eps snowfall mean is north. Qpf is low for snowfall which suggests maybe not many members are north?
  13. A lot of places are just waking up to carnage tomorrow morning. There has to be a slew of school cancellations, etc. What a storm, especially considering everybody was writing it off four days out.
  14. TF GREEN AIRPORT - 37.9!!!!!!!!! BIGGEST STORM OF ANY MAJOR CITY NOW IN SOUTHERN NEW ENGLAND and it was Done In 1 DAY!!!!!!!!
  15. Yes not surprised. I only got 9" here in the Connecticut River Valley just south of the MA border in CT and she's even further north.
  16. I have relatives in Warren RI and they are saying at least 3ft
  17. Any updates for NYC, JFK, and LGA (all saw snow after their last measurement)?
  18. I can commiserate. CCB to the right of me, deform to the left, here I am stuck in the middle with.... Are the kid's Tonka trucks OK?
  19. If it makes you feel better, the 3”-4” of sand here may have compressed the pack enough to give me a net loss of otg snow.
  20. They actually have 37.9" as of 7pm, shattering their previous record of 28.6. Still snowing as you said https://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/wx/afos/p.php?pil=RERPVD&e=202602240000
