It was making real strides a few seasons back and then became absolutely worthless last year. Damn shame.

great weekend coming up! I'll be working Sat and Sun but should be out by early afternoon both days to enjoy it..

KEY MESSAGE 3...Improving weather Friday and into the holiday
weekend. Other than a spot diurnal shower each day, dry weather
prevails with a mix of clouds and sun. Cooler than normal with highs
in the 70s and lows in the 50s, along with onshore breezes.

Definitely a sign of fall approaching, with robust northern stream
Friday yielding a baroclinic 998 mb maritime low late Fri/Sat. This
will yield a cool, brisk NE flow into the SNE over the weekend.
Highs likely remaining in the 70s and overnight lows in the 50s. It
will feel even cooler over southeast MA, including Cape Cod and the
Islands, with northeast winds 15-25 mph. Cool cyclonic flow aloft
will yield diurnal clouds each day and possibly a spot shower.
Otherwise, dry weather prevails. Possibly warmer and less wind for
Memorial Day Monday, as high amplitude trough moves offshore and
1025 mb high settles over SNE.

That was some torch to end the month! Seriously what were those AHATT jabroni's looking at? Not models obviously.

Well facts are facts. Without today's final calculations, BDL+ 0.8, ORH +1.6 BOS +2.6.  Obviously BDL radiated certain nights and BOS night urban heat island probably the biggest difference between the two.  BDL 4 days 90+, BOS 3, ORH 0.  No 90 degree days after the 10th of the month.  Dews were above normal, but not exceptional.  It was a boring uneventful month here.  Nothing exciting, no big storms, no canes, and the 4-day heat wave was nice but not extraordinary, the highest temp was 92.  Rainfall was above average here, but nothing compared to areas SW.  ORH and BOS were drier.  Logan only had 0.98. It was almost a lock to end up with above normal temps, but it was not really a noteworthy torch around here.  Just a typical warm boring summer month.  Hopefully September brings some more excitement.

Looks like heat dome stays SW of here hence the over the top storms expected. Thank God because upper 90s would've been brutal to start September
