Yup...quite warm and humid will be the consistent theme well into the second half of the month with some days of average to slightly below average temps and low humidity mixed in when fronts go through. Should also remain active with convective chances

Anyone noticing the sun and sky look a little off today? I’m betting we’re getting a little smoke or haze mixed in with this airmass from the west. It’s kind of reminding me of what we had in mid July but to a much lesser extent.

Snow weenies gone wild on social media. Everyone slapping their BBCs (big blue contours) over record snow and cold. Hopefully dews and warmth all winter with el nino grande.

Every single thing I’ve seen on social media is torch rainy winter. Nothing shows snowy

As expected, the cluster of showers/storms is rapidly weakening and falling apart on approach.

Last summer was the first time in recent memory that we basically turned the page August 1. It was strange but lasted for a while as we know. 

Nothing like that this summer.

At this point in the season for tobacco, any rain is bad.
