Nomz
Norlun band definitely creeping east and maybe a little south. Astonishingly narrow, like an outflow boundary. Maybe half the width of DC itself.

If you told me 12 hours ago that Berlin would beat Parkton, I'd of laughed.

Eskimo Joe
There's going to be some 6" - 10" reports from under this band if it can hold in place for an hour or two. Obviously elevation will help, even 100 feet or so, but this is going to lead to some decent jackpots. What an incredible event this is! 1

Rhino16
Lights just flickered. The slop on the lines must be catching some wind. It’s still 33 out so hopefully it keeps falling off. This thing isn’t worth losing power over.

Currently 32.5 degrees at 200 ft elevation with 2 inches even on the deck. Maybe half that on hard surfaces, fine flakes, but rates are still enough that the road turns white not long after the plow passes.

NorthArlington101
Little surprised that I think I’ve got .75” or so on the deck in DC. That all would’ve been in the last hour or so.
uncletim
Lights also flickering here. My worry was always that the “fun factor” for this was not worth the risk of power disruption.
jayyy
good lord this band developing in the DE Bay is a behemoth. edit: HEAVY snow!Yep. A 20” report will likely pop up somewhere in central to NE DE area. Expecting 24+ reports all over the place up this way by tomorrow afternoon. Just crazy.
