SnoSki14 Posted yesterday at 04:18 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:18 AM Eh I'm not seeing a lot of positive trends. I'll give it another day to turn things around but it's occluding way too far south and too early. GFS does the best with southern stream system so I'll keep an eye out but we need to see some big moves soon.

UKWeatherGeek. Posted yesterday at 04:28 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:28 AM So I either fly back today or stay in the hope this is good for NYC. I'm totally bewildered. A real mixed bag, two most likeky options are a further push W 12-16" or a middleground 1-4" the latter more likely now.

SnowGoose69 Posted yesterday at 04:35 AM Share Posted yesterday at 04:35 AM The UKMET does not even resemble the GFS/CMC/Euro over GA/SC really. Given thats only 84 or so hours out I'd tend to say toss it, the differences there to me are just pretty significant that it being the outlier in the deep south tells me its future ideas are off as well. I still would think the GEFS/GFS is probably too far west at this stage.

The ensembles have a left lean as well. UKMET and CMC less so
