Got absolutely walloped in Staten Island. Lost power about 20 minutes ago and apparently there are quite a few downed wires here. I probably experienced similar winds as Newark, definitely the best storm in a while.

it's consistent decent rain, not very heavy but heavy enough to be beneficial.

Only a brief moderate shower here as the heavy stuff is missing just to the south. So one cell missed me a few miles to the north and another a few miles to the south. Bad luck for rain here so far.

this is a pretty thin line of storms, it looks like the rain is about to end. Not even a 20 minute storm lol.

Drove through heavy rain in RI. Looks like back home got some very light rain mostly missed.

Storm blew up east of you. East Northport/Kings Park getting crushed.

Am fairly satisfied with D1... plenty of svr and narrow streaks of 1-1.5".  Even 100 at KEWR and daily RER's here and there. 

Letting late Sat-Sunday play out.  Am confident pockets of FF-SVR, ,mainly NJ-LI...  Buoyancy will pretty good, better Bulk Shear and larger PW near 2.4".  Let's see what happens.

What did you get?  Im on vacation and lost power at my house, so my ambient station lost about 5 minutes of rain before the generator kicked on and the internet reconnected.  I think I had around .50" though

Im unfamiliar with the details of the Ambient stations, there's no battery back up?

Hillsborough Duke only recorded .32 but Blackwell mills which is close to me as well had around an inch

I've had it for 5 years and dont remember.  I know its connected to my internet,  but there is a battery backup on the display.  I just wasnt sure if it loses signal, once it gets back online, if it adjusts and updates on my app.  It looks like the 3 stations on my street all got around .45" so maybe it does update
