@CAPE  Saw this at a local place last night but couldn’t pull the trigger.  Had this one before?

And it's only $28 bucks for 4.

Yeah, I wasn't ready to fire 28 dollars for 4 of them lol.  I had just seen people in here talk about the KBS and different flavors but had never seen this one before.

I did have that one. Pretty much everything Founders does is good. This one doesn't deviate. It was just a tad on the sweet side iirc, but again, they almost never miss the mark. They always seem to get the background flavors just right- nothing too forward.

Try the Panther Cub if you see that one. Very good.

Having an original Founders KBS on this fine evening. Told the GF I wouldn’t drink this week but caved faster than the GFS and she doesn’t seem too mad:lol:

I missed beer talk earlier. That KBS variant is delicious, but one bottle was more than enough for me personally.

On another beer note, went to visit Other Half Brewing in DC today. Wow. And more wow! All the beer of course is off the charts, but getting the personal tour from the owner...priceless. Great outdoor spaces during our pandemic time. Highly recommend. :drunk:

Texas Rangers baseball leading the way with going 100% capacity.  Good for them . Hope Orioles do the same . It's been a year . Beyond time for us to adapt and move on.  Love baseball.  Best sport to play and watch imo:pepsi:

Hogan said 50% for now, which from what I can tell is the second highest in the league.  Of course, for the O's, other than opening day, 50% is more than enough to cover the expected attendance.

At least it caps the number of NY and BOS fans that can take over the yard.  Wonder what those cities are doing ?

Reminds me of the fall last year Rutgers was allowing 500 fans in for football and people were like, "THIS IS NO TIME TO BE ADDING MORE FANS THAN NORMAL!" I chuckled lol

It's only for opening day from what I heard. 50% after. Actually not a bad idea. Things will be back to almost 100% by summer at the rate of vaccinations for attendance. It's baseball, so high outdoors, which studies have shown has helped limit spread. It's a great step still. I hope to attend some ball games this year. Will probably go visit the new stadium at Arlington! Heard it's beautiful.

City of Baltimore has to sign off on any attendance at Camden. No word yet on how many will be allowed to attend.

I was wondering about that.  I expect no fans or less then 25% if that's the case that  is a real shame and ridiculous tbh. Hopefully fingers crossed they go with at least the 50% but if it's there ultimate decision then I'm not very optimistic.

It’s also up to the Orioles. Gov. Hogan said social distancing has to be maintained with all these restriction relaxations which is pretty much impossible with even 50% capacity at OPACY (let alone restaurants).

over-under 60 wins for the Os?

I haven't paid much attention, but unless they have several pitching prospects that are ready to step up, who they got than can get outs?

By the first of summer all who want a vaccine will probably have one. At that point it needs to be 100%. Anybody worried about their health will have either been vaccinated or can just not go.

Bowser still saying no fans at Nats Park but that ‘could change’.  The Navy Yard area bars and restaurants would get a nice boost by allowing fans - plus all the workers at the ballpark, too.  Same for Camden Yards.

Yes. All this full lifting of restrictions now feels like spiking the ball on the 10 yard line. June 1 or July 1 and let rip I think.

All travel restrictions should be lifted, and I am talking international too. Any variant that pops up outside the US ends up here anyway, because there are plenty of exemptions for those restrictions- just not for the majority who would like to travel.

I’d be in favor of all domestic restrictions being lifted. I think international still makes some sense.
